Randall Laureles
I’m passionate about making a positive impact and supporting student athletes across the Tri-City area. I enjoy coaching because every player brings their own unique personality, strengths, and skills to the court. Being able to work with different student athletes and help them grow is one of the most rewarding parts of coaching for me.
Coaching Philosophy
“My goal as a coach is to help kids grow as players and as people.” I focus on preparing student athletes with the skills, confidence, teamwork, and mindset they’ll need as they continue developing and move on to higher levels of competition.
Experience
I started playing volleyball in 2022 and began my coaching journey in 2024. I currently coach with DLEAG and Itliong-Vera Cruz Middle School Volleyball.
