Leveling the playing field, one season at a time.
At Developing Leaders through Equity in Athletics for Girls (DLEAG), our mission is to level the playing field in youth sports by championing equal opportunities and accessibility for girls. We are committed to breaking barriers, challenging gender disparities, and building a future where girls have the same access, visibility, and support in sports as boys. Through advocacy, community engagement, and empowering programs, this coed organization strives to foster leadership, build character and confidence, emphasize collaboration, and focus on holistic development both on and off the court, for the future generation of female student athletes.

Hear it from the roster.

You don't have to play to be part of the team.
Student athlete, parent, coach, or ally — DLEAG runs on people who show up. Volunteer to coach, officiate, run the scorer's table, or shoot photo and video. Partner with DLEAG to back the mission directly. Or just tell another family — that's how a tri-city movement grows.
Fuel the Future of Girls in Sports
Your donation helps provide the opportunity for our student athletes to have a program in the tri-city area that focuses on equality and development. With your help, we can find proper gym facilities, appropriate coaching staff, and provide scholarships that give girls the opportunity to lead and succeed through sports.
