Neil Narvaez
I’m excited to bring my experience to the Phantoms this year and continue being part of the DLEAG family. I enjoy helping players grow in a positive and encouraging environment where they can learn, build confidence, and enjoy the game. I’m looking forward to another fun and successful season with the entire DLEAG family.
Coaching Philosophy
My coaching philosophy centers on fostering a positive environment where players learn through encouragement and enjoy the game. Strategically, I believe in a team-first approach, with passing, defense, and communication as the keys to good basketball.
Experience
I spent over 10 years coaching the 8th-grade boys basketball team at St. Christopher in San Jose and served as an assistant coach for the Ohlone College women’s team. Most recently, I coached the St. Edward boys teams for the past five years and have also assisted with a couple of DLEAG seasons.
