At the start of their season, Team Mist struggled to find their footing needing to compete. However, through Coach Marlon and Coach Jordan’s willingness to develop their athletes, and the effort poured into practice, Mist found themselves being undefeated for the rest of the season. Their hard work and resilience showed on and off the court as each week their team dynamic and chemistry improved. Being powerhouses both offensively and defensively, Mist proved each week that they were the top team to beat. A team with disruptive and dynamic players that gave other teams in the league a difficult time. On their journey to the championship, Mist constantly brought high energy that translated to heavy competition level on the floor. Proving that there is strength in numbers. With a whole lot of heart, grit, and commitment, team Mist showed up and showed out every single time.
